I developed reganatofoods.com, a website designed as an educational aid. This website provides the recipes covered in class, along with videos and tutorials to further student learning.
As someone who is kosher observant, being a student in a cooking class has its challenges. We decided to incorporate kosher/vegan recipes into each lab unit, so that every student has the ability to participate no matter what their dietary restrictions are. I also updated and edited the entire lab book.
