Seasonal Sammy
Seasonal Sammy is a free app designed to introduce young users ages 4-7 to the concept of seasonal food and nutrition education through engaging coloring content led by Sammy, a cute and quirky NYC rat and his best friend Penelope the pigeon.
Reganato Foods
Working closely with Professor Lauren Reganato, I edited her entire recipe book and incorporated Kosher, Halal and Vegan recipes into each lab unit of the semester. I also developed a website to be used as an educational aid.
Beth Warren Nutrition
I interned at Beth Warren Nutrition, where I got to write blog posts and assist with presentations for Warren.
FNES Garden
I produced a video showcasing the progress of the sustainable herb and vegetable garden run by the FNES department at Queens College.
